I've been using this app for many years, and it is continually being improved with each of its updates. It not only fulfills its intended purpose of keeping track of my to-do lists, and birthday lists, but also offers additional features that enhance the user experience. Been having syncing issues between iPhone & iPad lately. What’s going on Google? Other than that, a great app.

This is a great app that syncs flawlessly. I have used for years. Would like to be able to have priority option so I could sort by priority and then by date, then it would be perfect.

Overall, I love gTasks Pro. I have one gripe. It may seem insignificant, but the color of the app icon really bothers me. It’s virtually identical to that of Phone Messages and FaceTime. Also to WhatsApp, which I realize is not an Apple app so carries the same fault. WhatsApp is at least a Communication app. My task list is important to me - I have it at the top of the front screen - so I have five icons that are all similar green at the top of my screen. I understand not wishing to change the base color after long history of the gTasks ap. Many apps now offer the ability to change their icon color. It would be nice if gTasks Pro could do this. Apart from that I’m pretty happy.

Unfortunately just noticed all of my Google Tasks are NOT transferring to the app. I take notes with Google Docs and assign tasks to myself and others. The task that I assign to myself show in Google’s task app - BUT NOT IN gTasks Pro app! This isn’t good! I have been missing my due tasks because I didn’t notice. If you don’t use Google Docs the app works. PLUS - the feedback and support inside the app and online do NOT work so you can’t get in touch with the developer 3/29/23 still loving it

The task time can’t be synchronized to google calendar. Google’s own task app can. Please fix that issue. Thanks!

I have been using the non-pro app for years. The pro upgrade is just right, enabling me to sync with other devices!

I have happily used this for years but recently it prompted me to upgrade or pay which I had previously done but I thought, it has been so good that I would be happy to support it, so I paid for pro. That upgrade dropped various lists and tasks and now just randomly does so. I tried to contact support but that doesn’t work at all (says not found). I guess I will salvage what I can and find a new tool unless someone reaches out to fix this.

Just when this app almost became the best, overnight lost it all? No more syncing between devices! Yes it syncs with google tasks from the device, but never gets updates on any other device Oh! Excuse me some times and after few hours I see updates! Waw! I mean just great, while other apps update immediately and %100 all the time, gTasks is draw of the luck I send them several messages but till now no answer

Easy to learn easy to use

I owe alot of my success to this app. There have been so many tasks apps coming and going, yet the pivotal feature that sets this app apart is the recurring calendar tasks that syncs with Google. The Google tasks app doesn't even have that feature. Something so simple yet so profound.

Editing features are limited. Ability to make changes, including cut, copy and paste, are needed. Also, ability to copy entire events and tasks would be very useful.

Like the integration

This was an essential tool for me for years- unfortunately when I changed phones about 75% of my lists were gone. Passwords, journals and other vital information is MIA. I had synced my list w gmail but that was gone as well. I’ve emailed support 2x- one time 2 weeks ago and another 7 days ago with no response.

This app integrates with google calendar seamlessly. Very helpful!

This app is pretty good and priced reasonably. I like that it does keep me organized well for my meeting and it syncs with my calendar. I like the reminder feature but wish it had an option for a second reminder for those time who are in a meeting and the time comes when you have to wrap it up. It would be cool to be able to incorporate the mapping feature if you added address in your task, along with the feature to suggest times to leave to arrive on time.

It is easy to use. One improvement I would recommend is I would prefer calendar to set date for task. Since that is not available in app I tend to set dates which are more than a week out in my Google Calendar app.

Awesome. Much better than Foogles

I love this app for so many reasons. First, I can put routines in there and set them for whatever repeated timeframe works for that particular routine. I can set times of day which helps me organize my day. I can also leave off any deadline so I can go back and choose when I want to do that task whenever I am ready for it but it is there so I don’t forget it. Thank you for a great and helpful app!

Terrible App for Google tasks. Support has not gotten back to me after two weeks. Can I please get a refund?

With 20+ years of task management experience dating back to the Apple Newton Era, and paper list before that, this app finally fills the void. If you are not using a task mgr, you need this. Put the app on your Home Screen. And go to this app everyday and you will get more of your goals done, and be more productive. This Apps ability to schedule and prioritize and have sub list will improve your productivity, project management, home and work. I had been using a competitor’s product for many years, but the developer quit after Google kept making it so difficult, and the app GoTasks disappeared from the App Store, and I was struggling with new phone. Sadly, Tasks (Googles own app) is sub par and inadequate. So, a 3rd party app is a must. gTasks Pro syncs perfectly with multiple phones, iPad and desktop Mac…as well as Google Tasks on PCs when I use a Windows computer (daily). The price is a little high, but at least it is a fixed price not a subscription, which I refuse to pay. So thanks for that! And the developer does run specials…thanks for that also!

Satisfying when checking off tasks

I love this app. Have used it for years. So much so, that I pay for Pro. In the past, I’ve gotten support when needed. Now I hear nothing at all back through the in-app contact methods. Multiple tries over months. Nothing. I have an iPhone SE 2020 iOS 17.2.1 —with iOS 16 or 17 it stopped pulling calendar appointments into GTasks Pro. App tells me calendar sync needs to be enabled in iPhone Privacy and Security Settings. Will help no further. I go into iPhone Settings. There IS no configuration option for it anymore under privacy and security in Settings. I’ve tired to uninstall, soft reset memory, restart, reinstall. No configuration. No fixing. This was my go-to, see my entire day or next day in one place App, and without pulling iOS calendar entries in, it’s not the one-stop it used to be. Frustrating because I know it used to do it. This is what I bought it for. Happy to change this review to the five stars I know this app otherwise to be. Just need some sort of response to the positive. Or how it’s even possible to get in touch with a human again. Was this app purchased by a new company? I could swear it was a German-based dude prior who was extremely responsive. Doesn’t matter so long as there is support somehow (though it does make me question my ongoing love for it, since no I need to rethink my trust if its handling of my data). Thanks.

I’ve had the pleasure of using this app for quite sometime now. It’s never disappointed me.

I wanted to like this app and was hopeful when I saw that it at least claimed to support location based alerts, however, they simply don't work properly. I set several location based alerts and they just go off whether I am near the location or not. I'm currently about 2000 miles away from the specified location and the alerts go off anyway. Bummer.

So far I like it, a great addition to google tasks!

I love this app. Could not live without it. Effortlessly swiping of tasks to organize and nest tasks is amazing. What can I say! Just love it!

I still use GTasks Pro, but I miss date headers/separation that is not in this app. That would be so helpful when looking at a long list of tasks.

I love this app. I've been trying to get off paper and onto an app for my client list for years and this finally fits the bill. Awesome that it synchs everywhere and the bubble Check-off method is just the way I used to do it on paper. Perfect. Definitely give it a try

This is the app I use for my personal tasks. I use Outlook for work stuff. I like this app because of its simplicity, and it has just the right amount of customization. It’s not too much and not underwhelming either. I like how there is security (password) for it just in case someone tries to hack or use my phone. I like how the tasks are stored on a server (I think they are at least). I like how you can set an alert although I would love it if you were able to set 3 alerts at the same time. But once the first one goes off I can just reset it if I don’t end up taking care of that task at that time. I’m a big procrastinator. I haven’t used this app for long although I’ve had it for long. I am hoping I will achieve more goals and set more goals because of this app, and I would recommend it to anybody. I got it for free as there was a sale, but I would have no problem paying $8-$10 for this very useful tool. Thank you developers for creating this app! Please continue to maintain it, and I will share about this app with everybody. Have a great day! Stay busy!

Visually and interactively simple and pleasing. Straight up lists with just enough of the essentials: add a note, switch item to another list, create new list, navigate lists with easy-access drop menu.

Best app this side of La Jolla

If you need something to create a task list, meal planning or just everyday items, this is great. Worth trying

Greatest feature: the automated daily and weekly task lists. Briefly I switched to MD To Do because it had the same feature set. Happy to have the ability to add ghat to my workflow, while staying in the Google-sphere. I only wish I could turn off the promotions for the other apps the developer is offering. Once I say no thank you, I shouldn’t have to see these again and again.

Great app, needs biometrics protection and not just a passcode. Hence only 4 ⭐️.

Love that I can create subtask within subtasks, which is NOT available in google’s own task managament app. Great app. Simple but powerful.
